Data Processing Agreement between Adminevo AB and user company

This data processing agreement ("Agreement") is entered into from the day the user company registers an account on adminevo.se between:

The user company, hereinafter referred to as "Data Controller," and

Adminevo AB, org. no. 559247-2145, registered office at BlÄsippsstigen 252, 64292 Flen, hereinafter referred to as "Data Processor."



1. Background and Purpose


1.1 Data Controller shall process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and needs to engage Data Processor's services to process and store this personal data.


1.2 The purpose of this agreement is to ensure that Data Processor processes the personal data in accordance with Data Controller's instructions and applicable data protection laws.



2. Personal Data and Processing Purposes


2.1 The Data Processor will only process personal data for the purposes and according to the instructions provided by the Data Controller, as outlined in this agreement.


2.2 The Data Processor will not process personal data for its own purposes or transfer them to a third party without the written approval of the Data Controller.



3. Confidentiality and Confidentiality


3.1 The Data Processor undertakes to maintain confidentiality and not disclose or transfer personal data to anyone other than those individuals who need them to perform the agreed-upon services.


3.2 The Data Processor will ensure that its personnel with access to personal data have committed to respecting confidentiality.

6. Rights of the Data Controller


6.1 The Data Controller has the right to monitor and review the Data Processor's compliance with this agreement, including conducting audits and inspections.



7. Agreement Duration and Termination


7.1 This agreement comes into effect upon the registration of a user account for the Adminevo service and remains valid during the period services are provided. Either party may terminate the agreement with reasonable notice if the other party breaches its obligations under the agreement.
